Dress Rehearsal

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Dancers should be in the auditorium, sitting with their class in the front section of the auditorium, with stage-ready costume, hair, and makeup 10 minutes before their stage time.

Dancers only need to be at rehearsal for their own rehearsal time(s) and may leave when finished. They are welcome to arrive earlier and stay later to watch other classes!

SUPERVISION: There is no check-in or check-out or supervision during rehearsal. Children 11 years and younger must be accompanied. Guardians are responsible for the comings and goings of their dancers and for helping them remain quiet while in the auditorium.

APPROVED AREAS: Our group is allowed ONLY in the Commons, Commons Restrooms, and Auditorium for rehearsal. Do not enter any other areas, including the dressing rooms, choir room, or band room.

FOOD / DRINK: Please eat in the Commons and do not bring any food or drinks into the Auditorium. Do not leave trash that Lonnie and Jenica have to clean up at the end of a long day.

QUIET PLEASE !!! Enthusiastic applause is encouraged, but otherwise please remain very quiet in the auditorium. Any noise in the auditorium is heard on stage and makes it VERY difficult for teachers to communicate with their class and to relay important performance details to the sound and light techs. THANK YOU FOR WHISPERING!

COSTUMES: **Label Everything** A commercial-grade clothes steamer is always available in the studio and at the high school on Saturday during rehearsal. A few changing tents will be available in the auditorium as needed. We highly recommend dancers wearing a nude/skintone leotard (or sports shorts for boys) underneath costumes for quick and easy costume changes during rehearsal and performances.

HELP!? Jenica will be available all day to answer questions or provide assistance with buns, etc. (503) 780-4947 Lonnie and the teachers are generally unavailable for questions during rehearsal.
